EFT stand for Emotional Freedom Technique, It works to free the user of both physical and emotional pain and relieve chronic conditions by healing the physical responses our bodies make after weve been hurt or experienced pain. While some people do not carry the effects of these experiences, others have bodies that hold onto these memories, which affect the way the body works.
What is EFT?
The EFT tapping routine consists of four basic steps, During EFT session you follow the therapist by rub or tap on certain meridian points on your body while saying a phrase. The therapist will introduce you to the tap points at the consultation session.
